Queen Creek Olive Mill welcomes visitors
Arizona’s only working olive
farm, the Queen Creek Olive Mill, is now open to the public with
tours, a new restaurant and an expanded retail store. Grab snacks,
breakfast and lunch at the Italian-inspired del Piero bistro, and
sample dozens of hand-crafted products at the mill store, including
extra virgin olive oils, stuffed olives, tapenades and artisan breads.

Sisterhood's Dames and Games annual card party luncheon. The event is
from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Oct. 23 in the Oakwood Country Club in Sun
Lakes. The $18 admission fee includes a chicken Marsala buffet
luncheon. Friends who want to sit at the same table should send checks
in one envelope and indicate what game they will be playing. Checks

20 years for holiday bazaar
Find unusual and handcrafted
gifts and antiques at great prices at The Sun Lakes Women's
Association's 20th annual holiday bazaar on Nov. 3 and 4 at the Sun
Lakes Country Club, 25425 N. Sun Lakes Blvd. in Sun Lakes. The
festivities are from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on
Sunday. Enjoy a White Elephant sale, crafts, baked goods and a raffle
every hour. One of the big raffle prizes is a fully-equipped Western
golf cart. The Sun Lakes Women's Association includes members from
Cottonwood, Ironwood, Oakwood, Palo Verde and Sun Lakes. Bazaar info:
